Link processing
Supported links require an internet connection. Availability can depend on the app version, source and service status. Use only material you own or have permission to use, and respect the source service’s terms.

Email yanjiawen1992@gmail.com with your app version, iOS version, the steps you took and any error shown. Do not send passwords, payment card details or private media.
For a missing purchase, use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple subscriptions can be managed in App Store subscription settings.
Delete your account
Starting with the updated 1.0.6 release, open My → More Settings → Delete Account. Confirm deletion in the app. If the operation is interrupted, return to the same entry to finish it using the same iCloud account. Older versions or unavailable account access: contact support for help.
Deletion removes the app account and its cloud account data. Local media files stay on your device. Apple subscriptions are not canceled automatically; manage them separately. See the privacy policy for limited security and transaction records retained after deletion.

购买未到账时，请使用购买时的 Apple 账户，在应用内选择“恢复购买”。订阅可在 App Store 订阅设置中管理。
删除账号
更新后的 1.0.6 版本提供“我的 → 更多设置 → 删除账号”。在应用内确认后执行；若中断，请使用开始删除时的同一 iCloud 账号，从此入口继续完成。旧版本或无法访问账号时，可联系支持协助处理。
删除会清理应用账号及其云端账号数据，设备上的本地媒体文件保留。Apple 订阅不会自动取消，请单独管理。删除后保留的少量安全和交易记录见隐私政策。
